Looks like label change again. Pulling adult dosages off. Every time someone takes the wrong dosage and dies they do this shit.

Not very clear about that. What I gather is what what chuck said.

Either not dosed properly or taking the largest dose off the label entirely. You know how they say on children's medicine, "adults and children 12 years or older take 2 teaspoons" etc. At least that's what it appears to me.

I looked right past that. I looked in the actual article for a date totally missed the bottom fine print article source. Probably why I didn't find any lot numbers in our med cabinet.
