Blacks from other countries don't like American Blacks

It touches on the same sentiment I have had. I don't see skin first but as soon as a black person is acting like a stereotype I see skin color. When being in Europe before, and knowing international students in college, I found myself being slower to assume or judge.
I don't know how to say this without sounding like I'm going in circles or back pedaling, but it's not so much a racist feeling with Americans but more of a pity feeling for the race.
I think about how I have seen it in other races but not so universally. Then I think about not seeing people assuming a white person as white trash. But that may be because I am white and wonder if that's the same way people within any race feels. I also feel white people are very open about not liking white trash. I don't see that much within black people.
