Might be 4k with an insane price but the picture quality might be like 480p. Worth the risk though with Amazon return policy.

I wouldn't risk it...I'm sure they'd find a way or loophole to not honor the tv back. Wish I could have gotten one of those 4k tv's but I'm broke so it would have been a bad idea. Plus there isn't much 4k content at the moment anyway so my 1080p tv will be just fine for years to come.
