On Saturday, the Oilers and Canadiens will play outdoors in front of 60,000 fans at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton. This is a kinda cool idea...but...it's expected to be -9Celsius (15F) at gametime. Anyone else think that the extreme cold might make injuries more likely?

that would be fun to attend. as far as the injury's, i doubt it. i read an article a couple years back about football injuries and how it related to the weather. turned out that there were no more football injuries in bad cold weather than inside domes.
not sure if hockey would be different but i am excited to see how vegas alters their o/u on it.
