Has anybody noticed this trend lately ? I see it more with the crossfit fellas. I also have a few friends on social media that have grown like overly long beards. Always posting memes like somehow having a beard makes you more of a man. :rofl:

A couple of my long time bros now have diesel ass beards. Look totally different...i also noticed the recent beard trend.But one thing's for sure, my ass aint growing one. Cannot stand the feeling of pubic hair growing all over my fuckin face.lol. Didnt shave for over a week one time and went about nuts. Felt like i had glue or some shit all over my face. Itchy, sticky, food getting stuck in it, dry flaky ass skin...NO thank you! -
Yea its definitely a trend which immediately makes me NOT want to have one.
Aside from that, I wouldn't have one anyway. Feels like a bunch of shit on your face. Fuck that.Comment

Only time I had a beard was when I was on a 10 day canoeing/backpacking trip in the Boundary Waters in Northern Minnesota. Felt like crap at the end and was ready to take a sharp rock to my face. Can't stand even a 2 day stubble, leave alone a thick beard.Comment

Ha, the week i talked about not shaving was when i went fishing in remote Quebec. Like many other times, me and my dad stayed on an island in the middle of a 17mile long lake in a cabin...no shower for a week. No electricity. One 10"x10" mirror to look at yourself in for the duration of your trip. No roads, no nothing, just straight up living like a mountain man.lol. When I go hunting I won't shave for a week and grow some mountain scruff. Other than that I keep my face smooooth! A couple guys at the gym have the bushy beard and they look like a bunch of douches.Comment

I saw a lot of the younger guys start growing beards when all this duck dynasty shit started a few years ago... Its funny, now they all run around with Yeti coolers chained into the back of their trucks.. Its all about status..:rofl::rofl: They got new 40,000 dollar trucks, 25 k duck boats, 400 dollar coolers wearing DRAKE brand camo and a beard..:thumb::thumb: Its either daddys money, or they are in debt up to their asses...all for show. I get a kick out of it.
I grew a beard about 5 or 6 years ago. It came in thick as shit. after a few months I had all I could stand. they are nasty, food and shit getting all up in it...LOL... screw that. I normally just keep a stash and a goat, trimmed for the moat part. On occassion I let the goat grow out a bit, but even that gets to be a hassle. Ill look for a pic...lolComment

Once I was able to grow facial hair I never turned back. I will never shave anything but my neck and cheeks. I refused to get fitted for a respirator because I will not shave my beard. Lack of body hair is for women. Besides I have a weak chin so I look like a total pussy without a beard.Comment
