I just tell them how much I curl and they go "huh?" only that much? . . .haha. . .In all reality I used to curl the 60's for sets of sloppy 12 reps when I was 21-22 yrs old. .but over the years I am super strict now and I rarely go heavier than 45-50lb DB's

I got the back covered, workin' on the wheels.. ;)
The highest I usually curl with good form are the 70's.. Depends, because at times my front delts wanna join in and start burning out before my biceps do.. When I do hammers, I start at 50, end at maybe 90... I like my shoulders too much to attempt the 100's again, not for awhile..
