An Intriguing Hypothesis on Homosexuality

My theory is that somehow our minds and bodies sense when there is an over population of our species and this is a way to slow down the growth rate. A preventative measure if you will. In societies where there is lots of space and room to grow you usually have less homosexuality.

These kinds of things are rarely talked about because it can be offensive or misunderstood as gay hate but I think it's important to understand the actual science behind it. Nothing in this world happens without reason, nothing is magical, every answer is out there, we just need to find them.

You think it's the same with female homosexuals as well? I personally think it's hormones in our foods and chemicals such as bpa altering a developing babies brain. Just my two cents. That wouldn't explain past incidents of homosexuality but it would explain an increase in it.

Is there any evidence of an increase? I would guess it has remained constant but is more visible now because of societal acceptance. In the past, most were probably closeted because of the very high cost of coming out.

Yea I doubt there is any increase. Just higher population numbers paired with it being less taboo makes it appear like it has increased. It was literally just kept in the closet in the old days.

Interestingly, it was considered common in Ancient Greece. Many men had boy lovers and all kinds of shit like that.
