My life is exactly what I talk about here. I don't hide it, I'm proud of it. That's my joy. I've had as much money as anyone could want, stayed at the nicest of hotels and resorts, lived all over the country... and you know what, it's all for nothing if your not happy.

I'm more happy now doing what I love and not being fake than I have ever been. I'm more focused now than I have ever been. I'll stop at nothing to reach my goal of 275lbs under 10% within the next 5 years.

My girl, my dogs, and my goal. All I need in life.

So easy to get dehydrated here. Not only the heat but the humidity level today is only like 7%. You literally have to drink liquids all day long to stay hydrated if you do anything at all outside.
