The craziest thing about narcos is the reality of it all. After watching episodes I often look up info to see how embellished the "facts" are and very little that I find is overly exaggerated. O never knew half the crazy shit Escobar pulled off. The guy was an evil soulless genius.

At one point they claim he was bringing in $60 million PER DAY!

I checked out American horror story. its a fucken soap opera. fuck that shit. when i watch a show it's because im interested in a subject. i want a scary show in this case. i dont give a fuck about a girl being bullied at school, i dont give a fuck about a cheating husband. stfu and give me the scary show you advertise yourself to be. utter shit.

Narcos isn't gripping entertainment but the subject matter interests me.

The terms and agreements he pulls off with the Colombian govt is insane.

So I finally watched the first episode and I'm not feeling it. Problem is, I watch too many damn documentaries and all the shit they are showing that is supposed to be a "wow moment" for the viewer, I already knew. Like the part where he knows all the names of the people that pull him over and how he paid people to swallow the packets etc.. In other words I feel like I'm watching something I've already seen before. It's well done and well acted, I'm not denying that at all. It's just that I know Pablos story from start to end and I feel like this is a doc/drama for people that are new to the story.

Does this show get better after the first episode or will I probably not like it if I didn't love the first episode?

Try one more episode. There is some good action gun fights in later episodes. It gets detailed on how he switches from trying to be the peoples champ to all out war and winning at all costs. I enjoyed it.

Well forget what I said about not liking it. Must have been in a bad mood when I watched the first episode. We watched 5 episodes in a row last night. Great show. I loved it when that fat fuck mexican got blasted from the chopper. Hated that fuck from the second he shot the dog.

Finished the series. Brilliant show, brilliant acting, brilliant all around. Can't wait for season 2.

Its fantastic imo. Mystery about who they are and what's wrong with the main carachter with a major plot twist toward the end of the season. Its a big picture thing where the hackers are attempting to make major changes worldwide. Movie quality filming and great acting as well.

Started watching Breaking Bad. I had seen a few episodes and really got into the end of the 2nd season but then it ended and season 2 wasn't starting until like a year and a half later so I lost interest. All 5 seasons are on netflix now so I fugured I might as start watching them again. I'm a little late to the party but great fucken show!

By the way, what really made me start watching breaking bad again is that I saw that there is a spin off on netflix called 'Better Call Saul'. The events take place before breaking bad and tell the story of how the crocked attorney went from small time to the big time in criminal defense. Supposed to be great.

I started my 4th run through of breaking bad a couple of weeks ago. I have 3 episodes remaining. Fantastic television.
