Yea I have seen a few docs about how he hated this type of science. To him the universe worked by universal laws and in an orderly fashion. The idea that particles can both be in 1 place or another depending upon if it's being observed was absolute rubbish to him.

He was right about everyday visual life. But very wrong about the laws and rules at the atomic level.

He did really like the "simplistic" approach for lack of a better term.

Imagine where science can take us if we are able to prevent world wide destruction.

There is a theory that says once a civilization gets to a certain level of advancement we end up using it against each other rather then for the good of the entire civilization. So far we have done a decent job of preventing Nuclear war aside from the 13 day missile crises. The future may not be so bright though. Increasing population and jobs on the decline because of automation where machines and technology take the place of human jobs is going to be a huge problem. Truck drivers for example should be very worried. There will not be such a thing as a human truck driver in 15 years.. Truck companies wont have to pay drivers and the chance of human error will be erased, it's inevitable. Remember when there used to be such a thing as a toll taker? Pretty much none existent now, replaced by tech.

Things will be so streamlined and almost maintenance free that there will be nothing to do for an ever increasing population. The whole economy and how the system works will have to be revamped in order to work.
