    I think the problem is that as nice as it is, the front of the house looks straight out of 1995. Even if you have that kind of money, I can't see someone wanting to spend it and then having to spend more to redo the front.

    He was trying to get 25 million for it in 2012, now asking 15 million.

    Place is massive and nice, but i agree it's def dated. The main entrance reminds me of some office building/medical complex or something

        exactly so in order to sell this place you have to find a millionaire jordan fan that will look past the details. i imagine the market is very small. lol

          Even though he is still extremely relevant in the financial sense (still making over 100 mil/year) his relevance as a celeb and sports figure have waned. He would have been better off trying to sell it 15 years ago.
          As was touched on above, these high end custom homes (understatement) are often too custom to be marketable to a wide enough segment of the population to make them liquid.
