Good to see this fella not getting charged. He had a license and he protected himself and his property. Bravo to Chicago for not charging him.

Lol. I asked a simple question. I said I hadn't read it. Where is there any mention of holding a gun to a girlfriends head? That's totally irrelevant.

Don't push me bro, I'm thinking of getting a gun. You sound beta as fuck these days. I like you better when you don't have the hormone profile of an elderly woman. Get back on the shit you pencil pushing phaggot.

Jokes aside, its about your life being threatened and someone entering your property making those intentions clear. This is not a case of "just a little TV theft".

                        Stop being a pendejo:slap:

Many times I've read or heard of stories like these, as mentioned in previous post. So I applaud those who stand up to defend. It's nice to see where the person who's defending not being charged for it.

Our laws here are pretty solid on the matter. The burden of proof is on the state not the individual so they will not charge you unless you really fucked up. You are justified to use deadly force if in fear of great bodily harm or death AS WELL AS in fear for someone else's life. The act of Rape is also a justification for deadly force here as rape can cause great bodily harm or even in rare cases death.

Lol. Honestly I bet you'd be OK bro. You're a smart man and realize the consequences of those actions and can actually control yourself. If you ended up punching random people you run into that tick you off, or throw shit out your window at cars from road rage etc. then I would say hell no. It's OK to be pissed off by people it's just on how you actually treat that person that matters. I bet you would have been locked up by now if you acted on your impulses.

I'll say even as controlled as I know I am I had fear carrying that thing on my hip for a while knowing the responsibility it takes to carry it. It becomes second nature and you forget it's there. Any minor confrontations don't even bring the thought of actually grabbing the gun. It's when sketchy mother fucker walk up to you in a parking lot at night asking for gas money that have me lower my hand to ready when I tell them no.
