It's difficult for me to comment here after trying so many times previously to bring the problems inherent in US cops to people's attention before where I just got shouted down and labelled a troll.

The police superintendent needs to resign for sheer incompetence. The state attorney and the mayor of Chicago need to resign for corruption. The reason the delayed the release of the video for an astonishing THIRTEEN months is because they had elections earlier this year that they would hvae lost if this video had come out sooner. So, they suppressed evidence to enable their re-election campaigns. Grotesque!

Moreover, it is amazing that the rest of the cope standing around did NOTHING to stop the rogue cop, and not only that, they continued to support the blatant lie that was the official cop version of the incident, that the kid lunged for the cop and the shooting was in self defense. By keeping silent, they are conplicit in the conspiracy as well and should be charged with abetting conspiracy at the very least.
