  • Ronda Rousey is on Dbol

Ronda Rousey is speaking out for the first time about her stunning upset loss to Holly Holm, who dethroned her as Ultimate Fighting Champion in their big match-up last month.

The 28-year-old fighter, who was left unconscious and hospitalized after Holly, 34, knocked her out in the second round with a powerful kick to the head, graces this month's cover of ESPN magazine, admitting that the defeat made her 'really f***ing sad'.

Ronda, who was seen leaving a laser treatment facility in Santa Monica, California yesterday, admits that she is far from healed, revealing: 'It might be three to six months before I can eat an apple, let alone take an impact.'

Pretty impressive considering she has a hard time eating an apple. Must not be fruit that she's bulking on. :D

She must have gotten in touch with Beast. :D

Cake and donuts are soft and easy to eat and fit into a depression diet.

She's always been plump. She cuts 20-30 lbs for her fights.

It's that whole 80's return fashion bullshit. Fucken people. Looks like she got her wardrobe straight out of walmart circa 1986. Funny thing is, all that shit probably cost her $500-$600 in a modern fashion store.

Ice Cream is soft and appears to be on her list of "can eat".....Christ.
She might well be done man. I have said this loss will define her. She will either come back strong or fade away. Unless something changes it is appearing she is currently choosing the "fade away" option.

She won't fade away. She has a minimum 60 day medical suspension that could be extended to 180. So she can't even consider a comeback until after that. This time off will do her good.

I hope your right. Id love to see her come back, humbled but motivated as hell. Maybe you are right, perhaps this is just a necessary part of the process but I do believe it could go either way and how she bounces back from here will define not only her career from here on out but her legacy overall.
Also I have to say I think it is pretty amazing to be discussing this about a female fighter or female fighters in general. If someone would have told me 5-10 years ago they would be taken this seriously and would have proven themselves to be the top tier athletes they are in MMA I would not have believed it but they certainly more than have.
