    Do any other SM'ers get caught in a sticking point as far as training goes? I've been dedicated in my quest for getting into a decent shape now for 57 days (keeping a journal). I've made fantastic gains, but for the last 14 days or so I seem to be in a rut. I have went from 240 to 214, but have climbed back up to 218. I havent' changed my eating habits or my weight training. Is this normal? I am now on my second Clen cycle (2wks) and hope this takes off any new "bad" weight I may have put on.

    is ur size the same bro, cause if so maybe u just lost some fat bro and got leaner man. Thats happend to me too at times where I could be 230 and then like a month later im 21 but the same size and then so on. Its pretty fucked up for me cause i feellike shit when i lose a single pound.

      You might be at the point where muscle gains are outpacing fat loss. That's a good thing, bro...don't sweat it.
