Do any other SM'ers get caught in a sticking point as far as training goes? I've been dedicated in my quest for getting into a decent shape now for 57 days (keeping a journal). I've made fantastic gains, but for the last 14 days or so I seem to be in a rut. I have went from 240 to 214, but have climbed back up to 218. I havent' changed my eating habits or my weight training. Is this normal? I am now on my second Clen cycle (2wks) and hope this takes off any new "bad" weight I may have put on.
