Funny thing..he has a gun visible in his hand..he is a THREAT regardless... 33 rnds..that's only one mag a piece.(maybe some over kill but I understand the emotion involved) ya keep shooting until the threat is neutralized.. If you haven't been in a similar situation..you really don't get it or can understand it. You can catch the one bullet he fires back.. Now I know this is very unreasonable to ask...but why didn't he just drop the gun when told to do so? Pretty simple instruction to follow. but as always the excuse of..I WAS SCARED should be allowed because they were cops I guess.. But the cop cant be scared .... or nervous in a situation where he's going up against a guy acting like a nut, walking around waiving a gun.... put yourself in that position.. just another opinion but of course it wont fit the narrative. so its not acceptable Im guessing..
