It happened to me once in boxing. Fight was over. I lost and we were standing on the wrong side when the ref went to hold up the winners hand. He held up my hand and then I was given the trophy. What's even funnier is when we came out to the ring and the other guy had picked his song to come out to. I hadn't picked a song at all and when I came out they played his music so I started dancing.
