Jack, I was born in India and lived there for the early part of my childhood before moving to the US. Lived in Chicago area and went to school in Central Illinois before moving to the PNW in 1990. I have a lot of family in India and visit there every couple of years.

Should these countries be doing more? Absolutely. But the reasons for the pollution are numerous. And the fixes often go against industrial growth which officials are unwilling to jeopardize.
