The gleaming, spiral-shaped behemoth is 2,073 feet tall and has a computer-controlled damper weighing 1,200 tons to prevent it from swaying in the wind. I predict they are going to end up having problems with that twisty building. Kind of reminds me of this building on University of Cincinnati's campus. It was designed by the architecture department and is the building that architecture is taught in. This building has no right angles and when you drive by it looks slanted. The 'brilliant' minds thought they had it all figured out doing this intentionally but it is constantly falling apart needing continual repairs.
