i dont give a shit about anyone in the gym based on how THEY decide to work out. you want to work out in a group of 5, then go for it. you want to talk shit all day long and stay small and fat, good for you.
all the guys hating on people for the little things that they do should shut the fuk up. its not YOUR gym. people dont have to behave as YOU want them to.
now people who affect my workout directly, ok now theyre a different story. these people:
-talk to me in the middle of a set, or otherwise throw me out of my schedule. i dont take infinitely log breaks between sets, unlike others, so if you want to yak, you got about 45 seconds
-dont rerack their weights. it takes me thatmuch longer to sort my shit out if theres weight everywhere
-people who put weight plates back on the rack but mix them up. its not a fucking abacus, its a weight stack. its not fucking hard. one rack, one size plate. dont mix 5s 10s 22s and 45s on all 4 racks.
-people who claim a machine but then wander away and do something else. your spot is where your towel is. why should i have to ask 4 guys if anyone is using a certain machine?
-people who take attachments off machines and leave them somewhere far far away. if you want to take the close grip handles off the seated row, the fine. but DONT fucking leave it across the room on the cable crossover
-people who take one of each of 3 pairs of dumbbells. dont you realise that when you do that, all 3 sets are useless to most people?
-people who fuck up the spring collars, bending them and making them hard as fuck to use afterwards. idiots.
-people who hang their towel on a piece of equipment that i want to use, making me think it is being used. the always fucking happens with benches, and the dip rack.
there are more, but ill shut up now :)
