Good shit. Rams should have stayed in LA to begin with. Rightful home.

Sure. Hopefully they don't rape taxpayers to pay for their new stadium.

Value of the Rams almost doubled with the move to LA. 1.4 billion before move, now sitting at around 2.9 billion. And I'm sure that taxpayer monies will be used to create this new playground. Such a waste.

Turbo what about the positive effect the stadium has on the local economy? Doesn't it create a bunch of jobs first to build it and after to maintain it?

It really doesn't. Multiple studies have shown that it is a waste in tax money. They shouldn't need tax money. People would laugh at you if you had a company valued at 3 billion dollars and you were asking for money to help build a new office. The NFL won't even open up their books when asked by cities.

The scam has been going on for years.

Then what is the incentive for a city like LA or any city for that matter to have a team? Surely they get something out of it?

Of course, just doesn't make sense to give away tax money to fund a playground.
