    Strong as fuck WSM competitor

    Seen him deadlift 450kg

He would kill mcgregor in under a minute real fight

yea it's just a matter of him getting a hold of Connor and it'd be all over. it's possible that conner could tire him out and get a few lucky shots or choke him out though. possible but unlikely.

Shaw is such a nice guy isn't he.

I felt for Z because he would have won if not for slipping than stone and then he probably woulda retired

The human body can onky take so much and Z has to force feed calories in every day to stay at that bodyweight. I think this year 2016 will be his last.

          It was an excellent final

How does their AAS cycles differ from bodybuilders?

I'm sure calories are different as well.

I don't know them all but one just does 500mg sustanon a week and a shot of deca that's it. He doesn't win but he's a great deadlifter

Mr I you talk about Z having to force feed calories but here's the thing. He's obviously in so much of a calorie surplus that his body is storing the extra cals as fat in his gut. I understand that you have to eat big to be big but don't you think that massive stomach slows down his stanima? He's now come in 2nd 6 times. I feel like its a hindrance to him. I'm not saying he needs abs but that gut certainly isn't helping him with power or endurance.

If you pressed on his stomach you would find it rock hard. Weird physique.

Thor is the future. I trained with benedict magnussen a fellow Icelandic. He said Thor came to him he could only deadlift 260kg. Within 2 years Benny had him deadlifting 450kg

That means the fat is stored on the underside of the belly like you see with an old man belly. Either way its stored fat and an anchor weighing him down. The only 6 time wsm proves you don't gotta be fat to win.

I don't know if it's true but I heard some NFL teams tried to recruit him.

There is a longer clip of that. The big guy is out of breath in another minute and on his knees from memory
