      Pretty much how customer service should be handled. I'm sure he is a nice young man, but this is common courtesy mixed with professional customer service, shouldn't be singled out.

        Normally I'd agree but we are living in a time where the only news that gets reported is bad news.

        If this can inspire or remind people to be better people than I say the greater good is in fact to single him out and praise him.

          It is how it should be handled but it is rare, hence the news article showcasing it.

          They said he was a new employee. I will say the best service I have ever gotten has always been new employees before there been corrupted by gossip or poor management. When they are new they still care.

            I don't think that is rare. Slow news day + news intern seeing story on social media = hyped up by network


            Negative news is what they show because that it what sells. The news is for bottom feeders.
