I read an article on Reddit last week claiming 90% of crossfits are going bankrupt. Estimated 100 per day closing.

It's because EVERYONE wants to open one up...bro, it's fucking ridiculous the amount of people think they know their shit after 90 days or 6 months of training:rofl::retard:

No regulation other than getting your certificate and hours done. Only certain boxes are legitimate and everyone knows who they are. What happens is that the best places to train at are very expensive; I now pay $235 a month for unlimited. Those who open up their box after a years of training are charging half that and you can still get a good training, but not enough if you really want to compete or just be above the average.

Everyone wants to look good, yet no one wants to pay(no pun) the sacrifice to do it.

            Looks?

I think that most people can achieve a better look doing traditional bodybuilding style weightlifting vs cross fit.

And some or most people would rather pay more to have a bunch of people telling you're doing a good job:retard:

I still don't get the xfit craze.

"There aren't enough kool aid drinkers in that area to support those numbers!" .. lol..

I lost it when Traudl Junge says:

"It's ok... he didn't see you kipping your pullups!"

That last statement meant for those who would rather pay for a cheaper xfit gym, and expect to see results than going to a reputable established one.

That's like taking your pos Ferrari to a Acura service station and expecting Ferrari quality service...figured if I used a car analogy, your mental midget stupid ass would comprehend a tad better:retard:

Obviously you can train at planet fitness for $10 and look good:panic::rofl:
