Went hunting with my bud on his boat. Storm came thru it got real rough. We put the Life vests on and decided we needed to get off the water. 25 knot winds 2 to 3 ft in the river:panic::panic:. we were in a 14 ft boat. Taking waves over the bow water filling in faster then the bilge pump could pump it out. We decide it was needed to pull the plug on the boat in order to help with drainage as water was about over the stern when moving. Troy pulled the plug as we were crossing the river to get towards the bank and run along side it. Straight into 3 footers stacked tight each one breaking over the bow. the water finally started to filter out and it got lighter which allowed more speed...which in turned allowed more drainage. We made it back to the ramp.:thumb:
Ive been thru some shit off shore 10 to 12 ft seas in a 25 ft boat fishing tournaments and felt safe doing it...this shit has the asshole tightened up though..LOLO:laugh::laugh:

Anyway..we tried it again sunday, winds were calmer and we got some payback:thumb::thumb:
