    Rado up to today, although I've made significant progress, I can't walk for more than five minutes before I'm in significant pain from sciatica.

    Of the cortisone works I'll be like forest gump :thumb:

              we hiked for about 1.5hrs today, time flew for sure. we definitely did more upward hiking than stationary. lots of climbs.

                Time does fly on walks/hikes. We take dogs on 2 hour walks and it feels like 30 minutes.
