  • New Phone Suggestion - My Nexus 5 is dieing.

Phones been acting weird. Camera comes on when I press power button, turns off and on randomly etc..

What's the best Android phone for the money? Looking to spend as little as possible but still have a quality phone.

Probably going to go with the Nexus 5X. I'm so used to nexus with it's pure android and instant updates that I'd probably hate all the other android bloat wear phones.

$349 Unlocked and works on all networks.

The new Sony xperia z5 premium looks pretty Badass. I'm a Galaxy S6 user myself. They've massively improved the build quality with metal and glass and the new s7 is going to be announced in less than a month.

I know you don't much care for Samsung phones though. You can escape the ui with stock Android Launcher and keyboard but touchwiz is much less bloated now so I like it. Still use the Google keyboard though. I make good use of the IR blaster for all my tvs and such. Universal remote in hand. I'd say to just be open about looking around at all the manufacturers though because they are all different than even a couple years ago.

Samsung bloat did decrease, but it is still a kick to the nuts for any Nexus owner.

Yeah I used to be in the vanilla boat back in my moto droid days. Vanilla ROMs and such but it became boring as fuck to me.

Sweet, you sure that's a sale? The page makes it look like that's the new set price. Nothing about the word "sale" on that page.
