How would you deal with Somalia, without getting called racist oppressor

I'd do my best to stay completely out of it but as the saying goes, hope for peace and prepare for war.

There are times when necessary evil is simply the only option. These prolonged wars that never really end are in part because we play by certain rules. We never truly use our full power against our enemies.

This is all based on the assumption of course that the US and it's allies actually want wars to end which I'm pretty sure they don't.

I'd take over it and organise infrastructure. Same as we did in South africa
