His defense is that their gun crime is much lower than ours. Unfortunately it's comparing apples to oranges and that's where his view is flawed. Our geography, culture, people, are very different. I don't understand how people can think that if our government asked everyone to hand in their guns, that the criminals would just show up that day with all their illegal guns and ammunition.
