I hate those damn things..its the one thing I worry about when on the cruiser at night...ya just cant see them. They are the cause of many car and bike wrecks not to mention just damage to cars that hit them. I think a lot of it is because DOT allows truckers to run retreads on trailers. It should be outlawed IMO.
