Everybody is different depending on a lot of factors. I'm in my 30s and I've been married almost 11 years so like once a week if I'm lucky. I think once every 3 days would be a good middle ground for a healthy sex life in my situation. It just doesn't happen with kids and both of us having full time jobs and other things going on.

I've been married for 11 years and as you have kids the sex decreases. I'd love to get it every day, but it's not realistic. We usually have sex about three times a week. Married with kids, seems like the best time for us has been in the morning. By the time the wife gets home and we do everything in our routine for the day she is falling asleep pretty early.

Its more of a matter of want than should. Depending on how old you are plays a factor. Some people just have low labidos. But if you are with someone, than it would make sense to WANT to have sex.

Bro listen close. Test @ 500mgs per week. Adex (this is important for labido). If estro levels are too high you will have low sex drive no matter how high your test levels. So adex at .30-.50 per day.

All you need. Regardless of age. There is no "some people have low labido". More like " some people have low or fucked up hormone ratios".

High test levels with controlled not too low estro levels = prime time all the time son.
