Pretty damn sad state of affairs when honest people have to lock down and shelter in place because of scumbags. They want to target soft targets that have no way of defending themselves. Pure innocence, that's not collateral damage on a legit military target...this is targeting civilians'. Truth be told in this new era of political correctness. The terrorists are winning. The gloves need to come off and let the dogs of war eat. look what Russia did... bombed the shit out of the civilians' to push Assad's agenda...but nothing is done to Russia. If Nato kills an innocent while targeting a legitimate target all hell breaks loose. Fucking bullshit.

heres the thing that i see as an outsider that doesn't really pay attention to what a "liberal" or "conservative" even is..

you guys are already at each others throats. regardless of the details. forget who's side is right and who's side is wrong.

A house divided against itself cannot stand. That quote was original intended for slavery but I think it works very well here.

The entire problem with modern politics. Bunch of adults crying out "my team is better than yours". The liberal camp is blind to the shortcomings of their party, and the same thing occurs with the conservatives. Easier to control and manipulate a divided population.

Here's an article I just read. Before the Brussels bombing, there was a bombing in Turkey. Unfortunately this wasn't mainstream to grab the world's attention. It's quite unfortunate and sad.

Stupid. All they'll end up doing is to kill a few more civilians. They will be better off figuring out why Belgian Muslim citizens are alienated to a point where they are ready to die for their cause. And why even though they were deported from Turkey, the Belgian authorities did not keep track of what they were up to. Remember, these weren't foreign terrorists. These were Belgians.

All we are doing is providing more footage for ISIS recruitment videos. See, they dropped bombs and destroyed your home and killed your parents and sisters. And look how they are claiming they will stop Muslims from entering their country or patrolling our neighborhoods. Now cone and join us.

Dropping bombs will make the public feel better perhaps, but in the end it will be counterproductive.

I think it's more about showing their citizens and the world they are not going to just take it without a fight. In other words... It's political and PR.
