  • Navy SEAL who claims shooting Osama Bin Laden charged with DUI

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...rged-with-dui/

Regardless of whether or not he shot Osama, dude looks nothing like a seal or being the baddest men on the planet.

Honestly looks like he has some mental issues.

Yea I've heard a few stories about this guy in the news. The seals want nothing to do with him. Sell out type deal. He wanted to be a celeb more than a seal.

Scary stuff. To think an American solider with such honor, to do such things and be irresponsible...goes to show how fucked up our system is...fucking up good people mentally.

Govt doesn't care about them, very sad.

That's my point. Why ruin such a great human being. The best of the best only make it there, it's not like they have issues when going in, but exiting out?? They leave with many many issues

Quite a lot of speculation on this guy based on one incident here. For cripes sake I wish they would have just driven him home. He wasnt driving after all.
2 Sliver Stars and Four Bronze Stars - that's the kind of person I wouldn't mind LE cutting a damn break instead of them cutting their falling down drunk uncle they would pull over WHILE driving but let off the hook in the blink of an eye or their fellow officer they would simply drive home and cover for.

Yeah that's tough to manage. They have to be trained to survive on the thought that they are being shot at on a constant basis and have to be able to shoot other people with little to no remorse. To be under that for years and years and come back to reality is something so hard on the mind that I don't know what the government could possibly do to help. I'm sure they could do more in the way of psyc help but there is no promise it would work. Some guys can deal with it better than others for sure.

Agree chuck. Hell I have a hard time "turning off" after the gym or a sporting event that gets me all amped up. lmao. there is no way on earth I could go do the shit seals have to deal with and then come home and live my normal life. your mind is changed forever after you experience that kind of shit. and yes, I know comparing the gym and what seals deal with is comical. that was the point. :P
