Now this I have no problem with! The trophy hunters who hunt wolves, bears and so on though.. Their heads deserve to be up on the wall.

Looks amazing

It was good, but I can do better. I have to learn the smoke times on the gas as I never used gas before. I always used wood or charcoal. Its a bit different, but I believe this will be much easier once I learn this smoker and cook times etc. It will be set and forget, not like wood where you have to always watch for temp increase or decrease in my experience.
