Christ ya'll are retarded. It means during the weekdays Monday - Friday (6pm) I eat clean. Fridays after 6pm is not clean. Saturdays mornings and afternoons are clean. Anything past 6pm Saturday isn't clean. Sundays are clean, but not getting enough food in because I just lounge about not doing much and sleep most of the day.

And NO, alcohol is not regularly consumed on the weekends. Last drink I had was April 12 while I was on vacation
