Wtf are you talking about? It's about displaying an image to get rid of the image burnt in your screen. Don't matter what the source.

It's image on a screen. Your source that caused the burn in was ps4 via HDMI. It's a bright image that's all that matters.

The test pattern isn't going to do anything! You either need a white screen or a screen covered with static (snow).

Try this: Open up powerpoint and create a slide with a white background. Full screen it on your laptop and display it on the TV screen with an HDMI cable. Do this for 6 to 8 hours. Turn down the brightness a bit. It should get better.

That's actually what I suggested at first. A bright white image. I figured he found some info on the test pattern thing but I should have known.

It's on the secret channel bro. You gotta enter the Samsung code hold in the number 7 on remote for 7 minutes then press 7 77 times while also holding power input plus 3. The secret pattern will fix burn in in 77 minutes and 77 seconds.

The key though is to do it on the 77th day of the year.

I can't believe there are grown men that spend hours playing video games

i dont see it any differently than say reading a book or watching a movie. but that's the key "a few hours". even when i first got my ps4 the absolute longest i'd sit there was 2 hours.

to be able to create burn in on a tv we are talking obsessive levels of playing. im talking 10 hours or more per day levels... rado you all good bro? anything you need to talk about. :retard:

Just find a YouTube video of static. If your tv doesn't have a YouTube app, play it on your phone and screen cast to TV
