The new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk is pretty sharp. I'm not a fan of the other trims though.

If it wasn't practicality issue I'd get a wrangler rubicon and build it up.

I think it counts for about half the difference? The Aus $ is 74 U.S. cents currently. My math isn't great but seems there is still a big difference there? It's recognised here that we pay more because of tax but I don't fully understand it.

82x.74 = approx. 60. Your US price is $59K. So pretty much all the difference is currency related. That being said, US prices are probably always going to be lower because of volume and economies of scale.

Pies equals sqaures or something dont they? Thats it! I want a refund.

If you read the article though it says some cars a more than double the price. Bit more than .26 of a difference.

Ok so I've narrowed it down to the Lincoln and Rover Discovery, Didn't like the Evoque. ..relatively close in terms of pricing and options. Both look good and stylish.

If the LR4 wasn't so bad on gas, I would of bought it already because I like it!

Once I get the car, I'll post some pics...jag is coming out with a xover in a few weeks too
