Creating a YouTube channel

I need some guidance on it. It's been in the works for about a month now, videos, pics etc.....of her cooking. I want to create a channel for her.

At first, her idea was just to upload and leave it alone. I feel like if we create a channel, might be better?

We would shoot video ED since she cooks ED, and I'd edit(I'm good with this)videos to post. I have a flicker account already but plan on merging to IG.

Does anyone have some ideas or input I could be missing? And yes I'll post the link here once it's up and running.

You can edit to select if you want it public or private. Haven't you done YouTube of you training before. I thought u recalled that?
