Sunday I blew out my knee. its been a while since ive done it.. I messed it up originally on a patrol up in the German Alps back in the late 1980's. I went off the side of a mountain at night with about 80 lbs on my back:grin: It was a hell of a tumble..:grin:

Its always given me sporadic problems ever since. Sunday it started hurting. No Idea what I did to cause it but its all jacked the fuck up now. Swollen up and stiff as fuck cant bend it at all. Just keeping it iced and eating Motrin like candy. Hoping itll loosen up in the next day or two. if not guess Ill be heading to the doc. Hate this shit.
