      Just a quick little praise for that mercy hospital place. Everyone there was top notch. They didn't just do their job they did I with real care and concern. Nothing but compliments for the docs and nurses. Great people. Went the extra mile every time. Made sure I was comfortable and even moved me to my own private room when some confused old man was talking to himself. Lol. Great group of people there.

        Isn't Ck the same as creatine? Mine were always elevated on cycle, i'm not sure if its the sanme thing?

          Post 53 bro...but yes it is. Always elevated numbers are not good. ..we need to stop justifying one thing for the other.

                            According to that link exercise increased CK levels by 200% but not creatine supplementation.
