  • Not about being afraid to come off. I'll do that this winter. It's about coming off and crashing WHILE I'm in the process of recovering. I do not believe crashed hormone levels over the next month or 2 will do anything but slow down my recovery.

    • and let me add to this because i know it's crossed that skull of yours. if i were in the same situation, i'd take everything off without hesitation or even a thought. i'd stay off as long as it took but yes, i would go back on trt doses as i am now and start over, so what who cares. passing out, heart issues, HBP IMO are nothing to be taken lightly. it's not like you developed asthma, were diagnosed with halix limitus, etc.....you passed the fuck out and got fucked up pretty bad, how bad? you're on some of the most highly addictive meds because of your stupidity and wreckless behavior, but oh wait...let's just MINIMIZE the dose :retard:

anyway done with rant, i say with love and a fucking :slap: to that deformed ass skull ya got:D So :fufool:

Those addictive meds could be replaced with weed. An indica strain would work probably better than even Valium.

Not really bro. All my blood work is flawless at this point. This was a case of over training and dehydration combined with mental stress and no sleep from painful muscle spasms.

            • any sort of rules i should follow in terms of returning to the gym? bout 95% healed now but last thing i wanna do is re-injure anything. Anything specific I mean. Obviously I'm not gonna jump right up to the heavy shit.

              • What injuries are you dealing with?

Now that I've been back to the gym I literally cut my weight in half and do very high reps. I do miss going heavier but I'm also enjoying a different routine for now.

                • STRETCH>>> out real good and warm up before and cool down stretching after..its been a while. I know that simple basic shit but we tend to ignore the obvious...

                  • Lip brings a good point in. I would stretch after. Get a good warmup in to loosen up your body.

I wouldn't lift heavy at all. Go lighter and focus on the contraction of muscle being worked. Light weight for high reps and multiple sets

the shoulders. put my arms out I guess when i fell backwards and really jammed them up good. i guess it wans't enough to break or separate anything but it was enough force so that i basically couldn't raise my hands a few inches off my hips for the first few days. last week was the first time I could take a complete shower by myself and put my clothes on without needing all kinds of help. it's been 6 weeks of healing and I'm definitely feeling close to normal again but I'm a it scared to go back to the gym. i swear man I can deal with another 6 weeks of no gym. I've been doing cardio but that just doesn't replace weights for me. weights are my happy place. lol
