Here we go, again....for fucks sake, the guy had a gun...the video is all over and to be honest, it's a bit disturbing because you know he gets killed; just the sounds alone are creepy.

Anyway, people listen it's easy.....check it out....


If you're confronted by a cop regardless if you're in the wrong or not, just do as they say...it's east peasy stuff, like super easy.

You get to go home or jail. You don't get shot, killed, sprayed, etc.....THEN AND ONLY THEN, take proper action.

Sorry bro but I disagree. You don't just do whatever anybody says if it violates your rights and freedoms cop or not. I served and sacrificed far too much to have to bow down to some geek with a badge. I haven't seen this video so Im not really talking about this situation but cops in general think they are our superiors and they are not. Then when you stand up for yourself they get their little feelings hurt and pull out a weapon or have 5 of their nerdy buddies jump on you.

There's a middle ground. Firmly but politely assert your 4th Amendment rights, and if detained, your 5th and 6th Amendment rights. Record your interaction, shut up, get a lawyer and have him/her get you out. If your rights have been violated, you may be able to sue for compensation. Escalating the situation verbally or physically almost never ends well.

Saw the actual video where the blood splatters and what not. It's on liveleak and Facebook. Honestly the guy deserved it. Convicted sex offender of a minor had already sealed his fate. I will say though, the police could have approached it differently, but who knows if the outcome would have been the same or not.

This is a free country, you shouldn't get beatdown for telling a cop to fuck off or having a seizure while driving and not stopping your car. You shouldn't get shot when you're 80 years old and you get out of your car with your cane. You shouldn't get beatdown unless you are a threat to somebody's life.

I was a bouncer for years and I'll admit that I fucked people up because I knew I had a free pass. Cops are they same way just 1000 times worse.

I finally watched the video and regardless of this guys past he didnt need to be killed here. If he was too big and strong for those two cops to get flipped over and cuffed then they shouldn't be cops. I know, its easier just to kill a person then to actually put in some work. Next time I want to get my mail route delivered fast and with as little effort as possible, I'll just dump it all in a dumpster.

Sorry folks..guy didn't comply with cops because he had a gun in is pocket..he knew he was gonna go to jail for it as he was a convicted felon. He chose not to comply with instructions and created this. all he had to do was follow instructions..yea he would be in jail..but he would be alive.
