Well guys, amazingly the RD is still there!!!

I can't get into the mind of the guy who broke into the car bit as far as I can tell, he just opened the arm rest compartment and saw a bunch of loose change and took off. My work badge is missing but I called security the same day and told them to deactivate it, so no compromise to work IP.

My parking spot is next to a gym and some offices, so I bet the thief thought that people would leave their office computers etc in the car while they work out. When he saw the car empty, he just took off. Too bad for him he didn't just look up and see the RD just sitting there next to the RVM!

So, other than the cost of the window, I lucked out big time!

Nice. Good to hear that the Camry wasn't damaged ;)

Good to hear Scrum. Sounds like a desperate drug or homeless addict looking for spare change. In & out in under 20s. Could have been worse

Got a window guy coming out later this morning to fix it. $195 parts & labor. I have a $500 deductible, so I decided to just do it oop and be done with it.

Scrum you've been abroad right? How has project Fi been in different countries?

I switched to AT&T bro, remember? My wife and son are on AT&T, so financially, a family plan made more sense than Fi.

First, when I was 16 left my car unlocked in the driveway and had my cd player and 20 cds stolen (back in the day when that shit cost good money). Second, again forgot to lock my doors when I went to calling hours for a friend who passed-somebody ripped 30 cds off while I was inside. 3rd, on my 21st bday, somebody smashed my widow out and took cd player, alpine amp, and 80 cds. Last, day before Xmas eve, window smashed out, another cd player and cds gone. And only one of those happened in a city environment. Sounds like I lived in the hood.lol
Matt, I thought you lived out in the sticks? Normally we don't have problems like that, unless there are a bunch of retarded meth heads around.

We've got plenty of those here in the PNW.

The one in my driveway...that was when I was 16 at my parents in the country. Mennonite's on one side, farmer on other side. Think it was another kid at my school who knew about what I had but couldn't prove it. Other one was in town 5 miles away but yeah a small town, actually considered a village. Other 2 was when I moved up around Youngstown area which was not far from the hood. Actually Y town 10 years ago or so had the highest murder rate per capita in the US.lol
Now I'm back 8 min away from my parents...
