From a tactical stand point the scumbags that did this planned it well and made a good hit..except they didn't have an exfiltration plan worth a shit. cops gotta be taught better ways to control themselves and their fears when they have their finger on the trigger. the only time it should be ok to use deadly force is if deadly force is being used against them. killing someone as they are running or NOT holding a weapon should be number 1 priority at new cop training system.

Scumbags aren't going to be accountable or follow the rules bro. It's up to the professionals to come up with a system that protects both the police and the public.

If your argument is "nothing will change until the scumbags change" well then your basically saying nothing will ever change. Someone needs to come up with a better way. Take the lead and implement changes in how things are done. Think outside the box so to speak.
