If you haven't checked this series out do it! I have a hard time sticking with a series because I quickly lose interest but this series is something special IMO. Give it a chance. I haven't been able to stick with a series as much as this since breaking bad.

Kid goes missing under very strange circumstances and strange shit keeps happening as they try to find him. Pretty much all I can tell you without ruining it. Trust the reviews and trust me brother, it's good stuff. At least give the first episode a watch.

I'm the same way, have a real hard time staying focused with a series. That's my problem with game of thrones. I have nothing agaisnt it and i realize it's well done. BUT I'm so far behind (season 2) and sometimes the episodes slow down and I find myself looking at the clock and losing interest. I kinda had to give up watching Game of thrones, just too far behind and not as interested in the story as everyone else seems to be.

Frank, if you haven't seen Narcos on netflix check it out. Series about Pablo Escobar. Good shit.

I actually went to the gym today. But I kinda got a little freaked out and pictured myself having a heart attack. I'm the biggest hypochondriac in the world!! When I was a kid and AIDS first came out I was in a panic that I had AIDS....LOL I was like 10 years old.

We finished the 8 part series last night. Loved it. Definitely my new favorite series ever next to breaking bad. Season 2 already confirmed.

Reminded me alot of my childhood too! The one kid reminded of my cousin, who was my best friend as a kid, he didn't get his two front teeth in until he was a teenager....lol

Just so we aren't giving the wrong impression and setting expectations too high. There are a few times here and there were it gets a bit cheesy. These times are few and far between though and the show still gets an absolute A+ from me.

The attention to detail is amazing. Every single thing is early 80's. There isn't 1 can, 1 car, 1 product, 1 style, or 1 anything that is out of place. The show literally pulls you into the era like something I've never really felt before. A simpler time that somehow felt comforting and relaxing to me.
