didnt read the article, but do you really not notice a bias? Every ethnicity is allowed to be proud, except the white people. White males especially. A white person that is proud is labeled a racist. A proud white American....basically the devil in the eyes of others.

White Males are no longer able to get away with murder, and white privilige is slowly dying as it should. And that's a good thing. In the infantile playground worldview of Breitbart and its ilk, if THEY celebrate their "black culture," then surely we must respond with "white culture." Never mind the fact that "black culture" or identity is a direct result of slavery, Jim Crow laws and segregation that was FORCIBLY ended barely 60 years ago. 60 years ago, that's not a long time. There is NOTHING in the white experience on this continent that is even remotely comparable. I'm not sure what exactly is this "white culture" or "white pride" that people want to celebrate.
