Obviously media posts what it looks to favor the person....many reports said she pointed a gun as they opened the door with the key and then as they asked her to surrender.

It was on Fox news last night and I watched it...either way...people need to fucking comply to police and let them do their job...if you have shit to hide then just obey.

I will say that serving warrants for her minor crime, well that's another story

There is a video of her filming it. She is sitting holding her son while a cop is standing in the doorway with a gun on her.

I don't know anything about it, don't read or watch news like this cause it just puts me in a shitty mood. But if the cop shot the woman AND the baby I'd have to come to the conclusion that he used bad judgment.

Agree with rado in that there is no point in fighting with the police but for fuck sake the police should have found a way for the baby not to get hurt.

This crap has been in our local news since yesterday and now they're fearing another riot. Surprised this happened in the county and not the city.

This dumbass shouldn't have been holding a shotgun and aiming towards the police. That right there is intent to kill with a deadly weapon. After being warned multiple times to put the gun down, she refused. If the police see any harm about to come they need to act quickly. Unfortunately she was holding the child and he was killed in the process. I don't think the police are to blame, the woman was outright nuts. She failed to comply and she was showing signs of aggression and signs of using that gun to kill police officers if not innocent people

What I see here that could of been prevented is how LEO'S serve warrants on people, even for the minor offenses. Considering how fragile America is right now and how we feel about LEO'S, imo this could of been handled differently.

Regardless, the bitch pulled a gun out...so at that point, all bets are off and fuck her.

Again, if you have shit to hide, let them in...let them conduct and do their job.

We all are quickly to judge cops now, but keep in mind that we only hear or see what the media pushes out and how they do it.

Sad for sure but not feeling ANY sympathy for the dumbass....nope

It's a tough situation to pass judgement without knowing exactly what happened but like rado says, why do a bunch of cops show up with guns drawn over parking tickets. I don't understand that.

She knew she was going down. One of the vids on her cellphone has her telling the child that the cops are going to try and fight her.

She was mentally unfit and raised her child to say the cops are "going to kill us" She had a fake license plate on her car made out of cardboard that said something like "Peace and love"

It's a horrible time to be a cop. This generation of people have zero respect for authority, teachers & policemen. They do what they WANT, not what they're supposed to do. They think it's 100% okay to argue & fight with cops if they THINK the cops are wrong. That's what courts are for.

Cops are not always right. Cops will antagonize and try to get you to fight. These fucking kids don't get it though, you have to be bigger than the cops and ride a chain downtown then work it out in the courts. Many kids today have a difficult time figuring this out. So, they get they're asses nailed.

It was almost like she wanted to have something go viral or die a hero for Black Lives Matter. She was bigger than the law. She was bigger than the rules.

im sure its not normal procedure to serve a warrant with weapons drawn....common now..really? But when they saw that shotgun pointed you can damn sure bet if I was a cop Id of pulled mine out at that time too!

Baltimore had a crisis intervention team specifically trained to deal with these kinds of negotiation situations. Never called them in. What's the point in having personnel trained for specifically these situations if you don't use them?
