Surprised China is in 2nd. Can't see that lasting long. Australia or England will scoop that up soon.

Yea the ancients talk about "removing toxins" and all this rubbish but the reasons the modern athletes are doing it is for muscle spasms. It's like a reverse massage. Instead of pushing spasm or knot they are pulling on it.

Seems to be popular. I scheduled a massage for the end of August and medi cupping was an option. I may try it out one day if I had a problematic muscle area.

My rhomboid spasms due to get trigger point injections in a few weeks could probably benefit from cupping. Or maybe my spasms are too deep I dunno. Only thing that helps is being super strict with my posture especially while on the laptop. And of course valium which IMO is by far a better muscle relaxing drug than actual muscle relaxer class drugs. Lol. I guess I just needed a tranquilizer this whole time. Like Mr.T before they put him on an airplane. :D

Crazy shit, pretty much all the modern Olympic ceremonies started at the 1936 Olympics in Nazi Germany. The opening spectacle, the flame being carried from Greece to light the flame, all of it invented and created by the Nazis. Before 1936 the Olympics was a small scale event that most people knew little about.

My buddy goes to a cupping session every few weeks and swears by it. He had surgery in his right rotator cuff and the knots and tension in the area were super tight. After the 3rd treatment he felt 50% better. He highly recommends it and continues to get them done
