Update.. Troy got the sides done while I was in NC this past weekend. he added PVC pipe down both sides. This is glassed in and secure. Holes will be drilled in each end for running wires for Battery, lights ect so they stay secured and protected. The PVC actually acts as a "rib" if you will and will also add strength and stop flexing of the hull..

We worked on the center stringer last night..lots of sanding and grinding and shaping in order to get it right/ level.

Then we mixed up a batch of ground fiberglass..added resign and hardner to make a "puddy" if you will. Applied that to bottom of stringer and set it onto the hull.

added weights to keep it set in place until it cures..

once this cures then it will be fiber glassed in and we will start building the next two stringers and get them installed in the same manner...then it'll be time to build the floor..

Worked on the boat again last night. We got that middle stringer fiber glassed all in now. That was about a 3 hour project.

disagree. based on my experience in the dock yards this thing will fall apart like toilet paper the second it hits the water. so many errors made during construction I don't know where to start. for one the engineers of this vessel are voting trump. i mean can you imagine getting on a plane and finding out the pilot is a trump supporter? you better say your goodbyes because you are flying with the dumbest fucken aviator since this fella...

we put 3, 1 inch strips on top of the stringer..then an 8 in wide piece over that for the entire length, this went down over the sides about 3 inches on each side. Then from the bottom we went with an 8 in wide piece(on each side of stringer) from the floor up to the stringer overlapping the 8 in one from the top. Then a 10 in wide piece over the 8 in one on the bottom again. So that stringer could breach a castle...

The two side stringers will be easier as they will be much shorter in height as well as a bit shorter in length to allow the floor to be level. those go in next..:agreed:

It actually looks like you know what you're doing here. Is this a bass boat?

Gonna be a boat used out on the salt water primarily as a hunting boat
