What's a press up? Is that the thing where you have to do a handstand and basically shoulder press? If so I can't do a handstand, even against a wall.

for a good cause dont get me wrong but how do these things "raise awareness"?

like the ice bucket challenge awhile ago. all i remember from that is the people pouring ice on themselves, i honestly don't remember what they were trying to "raise awareness" for.

i dont mean to sound negative just being honest, do these things actually raise awareness or is it more to make you feel like your doing something good?

honest question, no hidden message or agenda. I just have a hard time understanding how these things do anything to actually help.

Ice bucket was for ALS. I think these things mostly catch on due to people wanting to feel like they are helping. I believe a lot of money was raised for ALS research, so that is a positive outcome.

^ no your right b we should just kill ourselves now lol

The I've bucket thing raised a shot load of money. I just told you what this raises awareness for click the link. Fellow positive people recognise the time being put to it and you do it and post it to your social media page as you go. Mental illness is a huge problem in society and PTSD is a bad one. Many of the people we ask to fight and die for us suffer from it after ward

Society has largely ignored it in the past. This exercise raises money towards charities that devote their time to caring for them.

Yeah the ice bucket challenge raised a ton of money for ALS research and they have already made new discoveries with that money. Ice Bucket Challenge's 2nd anniversary gene discovery - CNN.com

So I'm on day 11 of 22 and like I said I'm upping the game by 2 each day since I believe it's about suffering a little for a good cause. Well it's not really a problem but I can feel I'm weakening towards the end a bit maybe because I'm doing them every day
Nothing to prove it's just a little thing but quite cool https://youtu.be/P-t4eC5jFhI

PS we have a mini heat wave in the UK right now so I trained at 4am. Trainings is going ok but I'm not eating anywhee near the macros I used to since I'm staying light untill I'm fully healed and my left leg works again. As you can see I'm still wearing the leg brace on my left side and legs have atrophied a bit but I'm training them again light. It is what it is. Currently weigh about 245
